The car was very clean and the trunk was plenty big, even for 4 women travelling together. We had absolutely no issues with the car, it worked out perfectly for us. Our host, Colin, was very kind and brought the car right up to the arrivals area at the airport so we didn't have to go searching for it. On our return, he arranged for his friend to pick the car up from the departures area so we didn't have to worry about parking it. We were very pleased with everything and definitely recommend Colin and Turo for anyone traveling to Kelowna and needing a rental car.

There is a wailing sound coming from the front drivers wheel area. I believe it is the wheel bearing that definitely needs replacing. Very scary. Driving with you like that for well over 1000 km very scary so maintenance is kind of blah. I think host is very polite. Very obliged.

Hi Jason, no sounds were observed from the vehicle once returned. It was driven on the highway as well as low speeds but nothing that you have mentioned has been observed. As mentined to you, the brake pads and rotors were changed recently on this vehicle which also included an inspection of all the relevant components.
in addition I dropped the car off at the airport saving you a $50 cab ride, which i think you forgot.
In violation of the policy the vehicle has beensmoked in as well.
This was my first time using Turo and everything went smoothly. Colin made the pick up and drop off very easy and convenient. Car looks nice, it’s comfortable to drive and very fuel efficient. Great experience overall.
