Regarding your concern about the tire tread: safety is always my top priority. This vehicle is equipped with premium Michelin tires, which currently have over 80% remaining tread life (well above safety standards and fully inspected before each trip).

This review is a direct retaliation for a standard fuel reimbursement charge. The vehicle was returned below the checkout fuel level. As per Turo policy, the guest was charged for the missing fuel plus the standard platform convenience fee. All documentation, including pre- and post-trip photos, was verified and approved by Turo. We always strive to provide excellent service and support to respectful guests。
