The car was ok but the host was extremely rude. He almost hung up on my face and was screaming at his father who delivered the car to me in the cold, simply because he didn't understand how to do the check in.

When I called and asked for brief help so my father—who is new to the app—could complete check-in, you replied that it was “not your job.” There was no yelling; I was calmly guiding him through the app while you chose not to assist despite knowing he needed help.
