Overall the car did the job, though there are a couple of things worth mentioning for future guests. On the highway, I noticed a slight wheel imbalance that made the car pull a bit to the right, might be worth having that checked. The exterior has some dents and signs of wear, and the interior upholstery also looks a bit worn; I understand it's not a brand new car, but more consistent maintenance would go a long way. Communication about check-in and check-out could be clearer, as there were a couple of delays from Evelina. Other than that, the rental served its purpose.

Car quality great and pick up easy. Drop off easy as well. However if going on a road trip with this car plan accordingly as it only can be charged at a certified Tesla charging station (such as the one located at Hotel X). Flo charging stations or standard condo/hotel charging stations are not compatible as the adapter is not provided with this rental. Was definitely disappointed to find this out after renting and only when I reached out to the host. Tainted an otherwise great car and great rental value.
