The vehicle was purposefully parked at the most convenient spot possible at the Toronto Pearson International Airport, within 5 minutes of her providing her terminal of arrival.
Melanie was also conveniently provided with the floor, floor associated colour, exact parking stall #, pictures of the spot and surrounding area, a GPS pin on Google maps and duplicate detailed description through the app (our S.O.P.), yet rated the car location as 4/5?
