The host was great, when it comes to the communication.

Pick up location was good, but it was obvious to see that hosts don’t maintain or care about the car. The right headlight went out, weather stripping on door was falling off, the right windshield wiper blade needs replacing and CarPlay wasn’t there. To top it off, all of the hosts were almost always unresponsive while trying address the issues.
