Mitsubishi rental in Surrey, BC

My experience using this app to rent a car was excellent, and a big part of that was thanks to Omega. He went above and beyond to help me with things he didn’t have to, like helping me better understand how the app works. This type of host truly exceeded my expectations. When I received the car, it was spotless and came with a full tank of gas. Omega was always on time, responded quickly whenever I had questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone using Turo.

Carlos was an exceptional leasee. It was my first time renting from a contactless rental agency. Initially, I was somewhat apprehensive and just unfamiliar with the process, but it works quite efficiently. The leasee basically rents his vehicle out to others. The car was incredibly clean and very good with mileage. It was a 2017 Mitsubishi, but since I was only in Chicago for one day, I only needed it from points "A" to "B." The price was quite reasonable, and Carlos' communication was good. There was a slight hiccup regarding my pickup. Although he sent me a text, I didn't receive it until later. I called him and he picked up right away. He had sent the text 30 minutes earlier, but there was a delay (perhaps because I was in the airport's parking garage area and reception wasn't good with my phone). If there's a delay, I strongly suggest that you give him a call instead of texting. It can prevent communication errors. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll certainly try Turo again.

We had an excellent experience renting Dmytro’s Mitsubishi Outlander during our stay in Vancouver, BC. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition. It was the perfect car for our two days in Vancouver — comfortable, reliable, and extremely practical for exploring the city and surrounding areas. This is the first time we have rented with Eric and Turo. We did so because of the huge savings in cost between Turo and the other traditional car rental companies. What we didn’t expect was the outstanding customer service that Eric provided. He communicated with us prior to our trip, he checked in with us during our trip and we saw him again when we were returning the car.He receives an A in customer service. We had a small issue during our 4 week rental and he handled quickly with no hassle. He is definitely customer oriented. We will be returning to rent through him again in August and December.

The car and all its functions work great and I would use them again if I needed to rent a car for a few days.

Car was clean and comfortable, besides the seat covers were a little uncomfortable. Was suggested by Turo as a substitute for a minivan and didn't fulfill our space needs, but if an SUV meets your space needs, this is a good car.

The Mitsubishi Mirage was clean, fuel-efficient, and got me where I needed to go all weekend with unlimited miles, which was a huge plus. The owner was responsive, communicated quickly, and made the rental process easy. I did experience a couple issues during the trip—the car made an unusual noise when starting and while driving, and on the first day I had to keep adding air to one of the tires. By the second day, I ended up needing to get the front passenger-side tire plugged. Aside from those maintenance concerns, the trip itself went smoothly and the car served its purpose. Overall, I appreciated the owner’s quick communication and the cleanliness of the vehicle, but I’d recommend the tires and mechanical issues be checked before future trips.

I love the rental cars from Mohammed. He and his staff is friendly and helpful. The cars are small and good at gas. I would suggest anyone to rent a car with Mohammed.

The car was as said normal wear and tear but gets you where you need to go. More of an highway/short road trip type car. The host was amazing checked on my service at least once a day to make sure all is well very accommodating works well with you for whatever you need. Will rent again from this host. Although, the car was really smaller than I expected, I drive an SUV. I actually adjusted to it very well. There were times while driving that I would forget the size of the car. I was perfectly content with the car. It drove well, the trunk space worked well for my luggage. The price was unbeatable compared to the airport charges. The pickup. location was perfect right in the airport and a minimal charge to exit. Carlos, stayed in contact right up to my pickup. He responded quickly to my drop off. This may very well be my rental prefrence for future rentals.
