Nicole is a top notch host. She was extremely responsive and helpful at every step of the way, from pickup to when we had a dead battery (our fault for leaving lights on to set up camp) to when we needed a little extra time for the return because of traffic issues. She was very fair in all our dealings with her and I would recommend her without any hesitation at all. As for the car, it was great on gas and in excellent condition. Thanks so much Nicole and if I'm in Vancouver again and need a car, you'll be my first option!

We had a great experience! The host was very kind and attentive throughout the entire rental. She welcomed us with complimentary snacks, which was a thoughtful touch, and was always available and responsive whenever we had a question. The car was in excellent condition and the whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
