No problems with the car. It is comfortable though small. Kathy is a great host. She was very accommodating when I needed to change the drop off location. This is my second time using this vehicle and the next time I am coming to Edmonton I will try to get this car again. It is so easy and convenient.

Kathy was a fantastic host who was very flexible- (due to weather our flight was very late and she delivered the car to the airport much later than we originally planned for - she was a true star).
