The pickup location was easy to find and the hosts were interactive throughout the trip. I went to Ottawa with this, amazing on gas and drives comfy on the highway. Would recommend this great car for your next trip!

Very disappointed didn’t deal with their concerns about the window blade. Could barely see at night when driving. Wasn’t happy about paying the parking fee to get out. Not good directions of how to return the rental car. But it got us from A-B.
Hi Yasmiin, sorry the experience fell short. The original booking was made by another driver(your friend) who arrived with an expired license, requiring a same-day driver change that caused a ~4-hour delay while we worked to accommodate. This resulted in added parking fees. Driving occurred during a snowstorm; we advised that ice can build up on wipers and needs to be cleared periodically. The vehicle is mechanically sound & was safely driven by our team in the same conditions just hours before
