Communication with the host was easy. Pickup and drop-offs were straightforward. No issues with the car with any maintenance. The car that we received was just cleaned from inside right before we picked up. However. The exterior was not that clean but we did bring it to a carwash after we picked up the car. Overall, had a good trip with this car.
