I had a really good experience with the car! Super easy pick-up and drop-off, clear and efficient communication and the car is clean and nice to drive. I recommend!

I have rented with this provider many times. The self pickup and drop off process is always easy but this time the vehicle maintenance was lacking. Unfortunately for my rental the car had a bad wheel bearing that made a squeal during the entire trip. It also has a wobble when speeding up that could also be related to the wheel bearing. I mentioned the issue but recieved no reply, no apology and no credit for the bad quality of vehicle.
