I love the car. But the sound at the rear passenger bothered us. We can’t focus while driving because we thinking about our safety. But overall the car wash cleaned and easy to pick up. Just the knocking sound at the left rear tire.

For a 10 year old car, it was pretty well maintained. It was neat and clean, there was just a piece of nut by the driver door. I appreciate the added features (charger and cable, car play, phone holder) which made for a smoother trip. The standard milage was adequate for a day trip out of town. Although the trip started out a little rough for several reasons (app familiarity, pickup location change, early morning trip start) overall it was good.

Unfortunately parking in the area is extremely limited right now, and sometimes even taking the car out briefly for a wash can mean losing the parking spot entirely. I'm glad the trip went well overall, and thank you again for taking good care of the car!
