Ali was a pleasure to deal with. His car was clean, spacious, and fuel-efficient. He was consistently responsive and easy to reach throughout the entire rental period. The day before our reservation, he generously offered to drop the vehicle off at our home—an unexpected but much-appreciated gesture, especially as I have three young children. It saved us significant time and hassle. At the end of the rental, we unfortunately misplaced a set of keys. We spent an entire day searching without success, and asked Ali if he could also check. Although he initially couldn’t find them, he later followed up with a photo confirming he had located the keys. He then went out of his way to meet us again and personally return them. Overall, Ali went above and beyond. I would absolutely rent from him again—without hesitation.
This my second time around to rent this car and it was so good, no issues of the car and the owner is so humble and kind. I highly recommended and I will rent again when I visit Vancouver next time.
The car was great, clean and in good condition. My family enjoyed the ride and would always say “Daddy buy this car”.. We had a great experience . Pick up and drop off location were so easy to locate. Access was easy as well. The host was so nice, easily reachable and communicated nicely at every point. I will give the entire experience 5 star.
