Ali was a pleasure to deal with. His car was clean, spacious, and fuel-efficient. He was consistently responsive and easy to reach throughout the entire rental period. The day before our reservation, he generously offered to drop the vehicle off at our home—an unexpected but much-appreciated gesture, especially as I have three young children. It saved us significant time and hassle. At the end of the rental, we unfortunately misplaced a set of keys. We spent an entire day searching without success, and asked Ali if he could also check. Although he initially couldn’t find them, he later followed up with a photo confirming he had located the keys. He then went out of his way to meet us again and personally return them. Overall, Ali went above and beyond. I would absolutely rent from him again—without hesitation.

Phillip was a great host. Very responsive and helpul to all our inquiries. The car was clean when we got it and well maintained. Going to Kelowna was a breeze driving steep mountains of highways 3 and 5. The rental price was really great too. Highly recommended.

We hired from a genuinely warm and friendly host, Chase, who personally dropped off the car and took the time to explain all its features clearly. Throughout the trip, he was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. When we ran into issues—a speeding ticket and a flat tyre—he was especially supportive and reassuring, which made a big difference, particularly as we were travelling with elderly family members. He made us feel that nothing was too much trouble and was always happy to help. I’d highly recommend hiring from Chase if you want real peace of mind during your travels.
