Car was in good shape! And first time using Turo! Could have used a tidying up but was still good! Was satisfied and thank you the decor was funny twist

The car was incredibly dirty, and the fuel was only at a 3/4 tank, even though I returned it completely full. However, the worst part of the experience was the owner. I have no idea how he will reply to this, but luckily I kept all the messages we exchanged.
He was running late for the pickup and couldn't meet at the agreed-upon location. He first messaged me to say he was running late and offered to bring the car to me. Because of the delay, he even suggested that I pick it up myself from his house, but I declined because I wanted to meet in person to inspect the car together, so I agreed to wait for him at the airport. He sent several messages claiming he was on his way, but he didn't arrive at the airport until 7:40 PM—even though our pickup was scheduled for 6:00 PM.
He apologized for the delay and offered a discount. We instead agreed that, rather than a partial refund, he would give me a ride to the airport at the end of my trip. When the drop-off day arrived, I waited in the city for an hour just trying to get a response about where to meet him. Eventually, as I was running out of time, I told him I had to head straight to the airport. In the end, he just told me to leave the car at his house, where he wasn't even present.
I almost missed my flight because of all the time wasted dealing with this liar. Now I completely understand his other negative reviews. In my opinion, Turo needs to ban this unreliable host from using the platform.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Had a scheduling issue with car not being available on time. Then car had a maintenance issue and was undrivable.
I was at work when you changed the time from 10:00 am to 9:30 so I couldn't be able to deliver the car to you. You still could have came and took the car. Because I left you the keys with my neighbor so i wouldn't be late just in case it's you were gonna change the time. After you left I took the car to the garage and they told me it was perfectly fine. It could be because you didn't know how to drive a manual car. So you wanted to put the blame on me. To cover that you don't know how to drive.
