The car was generally fine to drive, but I had an issue during my trip where the tire gradually lost air and eventually went flat. There was no spare tire or emergency equipment available in the vehicle, which made the situation more stressful and difficult to handle.
The host was responsive, but I think it’s important for future guests to know that having proper emergency support in the car would make a big difference in situations like this.
Thank you for the feedback. The tire was damaged after hitting a pothole and then driven on while flat, which caused the failure. Once reported, I responded immediately and Turo's 24|7 roadside assistance arranged towing and support. The vehicle has since been inspected and the tires replaced to ensure everything is in excellent condition for future guests.

I had booked a vehicle through this dealership and before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle they had informed me that the original car wasn’t returned yet and gave me this car. My original booking had delivery and pickup included but when they changed me to this car the pickup option wasn’t included. A little headache but nothing major. The vehicle was great
