The car is not in a good state. The service engine light is covered in black tape so you can't see, there was a can left under the hood, the wipers flew off while driving in a thunderstorm and the car made a LOUD rattling noise whenever you stopped. People were staring at me. The host gave permission for my friend to drive the car who put on alot of additional mileage which I paid for but now he said he didn't give him permission. It was not a pleasant experience and the host was not gracious. The car needs urgent attention before renting to anyone else.
This review appears to be retaliatory after a $24 additional mileage charge that was correctly applied at the end of the trip. The vehicle has consistently received 5-star feedback from many previous guests. When the guest mentioned a minor heat shield rattle, we immediately offered to repair it and scheduled two appointments, but the guest never returned while driving the vehicle over 1000 km in two days. The car has since been fully inspected and serviced and is ready for future guests.
