This was my second time renting with them, and once again, the experience was exceptional. I was a little hesitant at first because I’m used to driving a Tesla, and this was my first electric vehicle from another brand. They were incredibly patient, always available by phone or message whenever I had questions about charging, and they even checked in afterward to make sure everything was going well. They also went above and beyond by driving me home after I returned the car. The vehicle was a pleasure to drive, honestly just as enjoyable as my Tesla, and the level of customer service was simply outstanding. If I ever rent through Turo again, it will definitely be with them. I couldn’t recommend them more.
