Had a few issues initially with the car. Ahmed was very quick to respond back. The car had quite possibly the worst tires anyone can ask for and slipped like crazy even with some flurry action let alone the major snow that we have been getting.
On top of that after returning He accused me of smoking in the car. I don’t smoke at all and no one else sat in the car a part from my autistic son and my girlfriend sat with me a a couple of times. This car should not be rented again with the same tires.
A part from that it was fine.

I had a issue with the pick up. When I wanted to pick up the car, Ahmad told me that I can pick it up from the airport parking. Then he mentioned the parking ticket is in the cup holder and I need to pay it myself. When I asked him that you did not have mentioned this before, neither in chat nor in ad, he said it is a Turo policy and ... I can pay half of it if you want, but this is not related to me.
It was weird to me, so I contacted Turo support and they said it is not my fault and will reimburce that for me.
Except this issue that was not disclosed before and I could solve it with help of Turo support, others things were well.
