Great experience with the car! The car was given in a good condition, comfortable to drive and had no issues whatsoever through the trip. Already booked another trip!

Gave us car with no wind shield fluid, dirty exterior, worn out winter tires, and improperly secured wipers. There was a situation where the wipers came off from the clasp on its own while I was on the highway, the weather was not severe enough for that to happen, instead of being helpful or understanding the blame was shifted on to me. The clasp was up when the car was given, in the moment I simply tried to push it down when it did not work I ignored it and thought thats how the car is. When I showed that with proof to the owner he ignored it and still tried to blame the wiper situation on me and said I have to pay. Overall not a great experience.
The host is not required to provide windshield water. The car was cleaned before the pick-up, but it was returned in a very dirty condition. The tires were not worn out because they met the Turo tread requirement. The guest is responsible if a wiper breaks during the trip; but she told us to pay if she installed a new wiper. When asked to check tire pressure after a month for safety, she said she is busy. She is not allowed to rent from us due to the above reasons. Here, the 1 star is unethical.

The host is very responsive and accommodating. He even collected the car keys from our location when we requested.
The car is generally smooth to drive. The only glitch in our trip was that the AC did not turn on initially, although it started working later in the day.
Overall, it was a good trip and we are happy with our experience.
