We did notice that responsiveness could be improved—sometimes Jademond responded to our messages quite some time later, or did not respond at all. However, the vehicle was quite nice, and Jademond included a charging cable and phone holder for us to use.

Jade and his family were amazing hosts! I rented his vehicle for a 7-week clinical rotation for school, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The car was in excellent condition, drove very smoothly, and was great on gas. I also really appreciated that it came equipped with winter tires when I picked it up in late February, such a thoughtful touch!
Jade was consistently responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions, which made the rental experience even more stress-free. I would absolutely rent from Jade again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a top notch host.
