Notified of alternative pickup location after already en route. It was not too far but incurred additional taxi fare. Smelled like smoke in the car. Owner was slow communicating.

If we'd known the alternate pickup location would cost you extra to get to, we would have just brought the car to the original spot instead, sorry for the inconvenience there. As for the smoke smell, sometimes it doesn't show up until the cabin heats up under the sun, we'll have it deodorized once more. We try our best to reply asap but sometimes we miss messages unfortunately. We'll work on faster communication. Thanks and hope to host you again!
