The car was gross inside, with stains on the seat, dirty floors, and a faux snakeskin steering wheel cover. The location was in front of a rundown old house next to the REM track. The front right where of the car had a piece of plastic in the wheel well that fell loose and started scraping the ground. I had to push it back up with my hand. The phone holder was broken and couldn’t sit upright. Clearly the car is neglected and it seems like somebody’s idea of easy money to put it on Turo. I had no communication from the host besides clearly automated messages. They didn’t approve my license until 45 minutes before my trip and never reviewed a request for extension. I will never book with these hosts again.
