it was a last minute reservation made 2 hours to pick up time and that coincided unfortunately with me facing a seismic personal issue health wise with my sister at the hospital .
I forgot to declare the car unavailable hence why I canceled the trip. it was just unfortunate and I apologised to the guest.
I have now learn from the situation and now have better contingency plans.
I pride myself with respect towards all my guests and its what I will carry on doing.
