2 🌟 A couple days before receiving the car rental, we were told that the original car that we booked was no longer available and we had to switch to another one last minute. When we arrive to pick up the car, the car was still dirty and we had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. The drop off the car was also confusing as the instructions were very unclear
Hello, so to quickly breakdown:
-The initial car you rented required some maintenance work, offered you a replacement and you were happy with it
-you’re not happy that you waited an extra 15 minutes even though you came 1 hour early.
-drop off instructions are very clear, you just had a hard time understanding. We’ve dropped off cars over 50 times and no one found it difficult.
Thank you for booking with us and we are sorry you were not pleased with it.
