I am a regular customer I have often booked with them. The car is clean!
Negative side! A serious safety problem regarding the use of tires on the vehicle that is not in good condition. I almost had an accident which represents a significant risk to safety. I was not safe to drive the car. According to current standards and recommendations, the use of expired or too old tires can compromise the grip, stability of the vehicle and significantly increase the risk of accidents. This situation is unacceptable and does not respect the security obligations to which a landlord is bound. CHANGE YOUR TIRES!!!

Thank you for your feedback. This trip occurred during a major snowstorm with active travel advisories and hazardous road conditions. Turo reviewed the vehicle and confirmed the tires were safe and compliant. Although multiple refund requests were made, the trip was completed and refunds follow Turo policy. Our vehicles are regularly maintained, and guest safety is always our priority. Future guests can book with confidence.
