Tires were old and bold presenting alignment issues and started to crack even from the sidewall.
Heavy vibration while driving, tires need to be balanced as well
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle is regularly inspected and maintained, and no alignment or tire safety issues were reported before or after your trip. The tires were within safe operating condition during the rental period.
We will still recheck the tires and wheel balancing to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Found an airtag in the trunk! Tracking on bluetooth devices is strictly against Turo’s policies. I asked the host about it and they sent me some lame reply about following policies. They’re liars and sooo sketchy !!
We take guest privacy very seriously and always follow Turo policies. The vehicle is equipped with a standard GPS tracker permitted for security purposes (theft/emergency). We do not use AirTags or any personal tracking devices and do not track guests in violation of Turo rules. We did not deny her concern, we simply clarified that WE FOLLOW TURO POLICY. WE ALSO ASKED FOR PROOF THAT THE DEVICE WAS AN AIRTAG, BUT NO PROOF WAS PROVIDED.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
