No wiper fluid otherwise good car no mechanical issues easy pick up would rent again

Car play wasn’t working so it was hard to properly navigate but overall great experience
Thank you for your feedback. CarPlay is working properly, but it connects through a USB cable in this vehicle. You could have asked us anytime during the trip and we would’ve gladly helped, instead of lowering the rating over this issue.

The car was in a good condition, everything good, just the car was dirty.
I personally wiped and disinfected the interior with alcohol before handing the car over to you, and the car was thoroughly vacuumed as well. The washer fluid being slightly low was an oversight on my side, but the cleanliness feedback is unfair considering the condition the car was returned in.

The car was good but did needed a few repairs the engine bay shield was taped back in place which made a sound throwout the trip other than that back 2 tires were brand new while the front were bold from the side and ok in the middle which made the car shape while driving in high speed 100 . The car was clean and the person was very helpful. Quick replies and helpful instructions

The car is regularly inspected and maintained, and there were no problems with the engine shield or unusual noises. All tires were checked and met safety standards. If anything had come up during your trip, we would have addressed it right away. Glad you found the car clean and communication helpful.
