Tank was not topped up. Communication was a bit confusing

Thanks for your feedback. The vehicle was delivered with the fuel level shown in the listing. Turo allows hosts to deliver cars at any fuel level as long as it’s accurately documented. The tank was only ONE BAR below full. Since I personally delivered the vehicle to the airport, it’s not always possible to top it off to exactly 100% right before handoff. I’m sorry if the communication felt confusing—I responded promptly and did my best to provide clear information throughout the trip.
Max is an excellent communicator, and very flexible. Highly recommend him and will rent from again. The car was clean, mechanically great, and made my round trip to Ottawa and back a breeze!
