The car was very convenient for a last-minute pickup, and the location was easy to find thanks to Karan’s clear instructions. She was also incredibly considerate and understanding when I had a family emergency, which I truly appreciated.
The only downside was the condition of the vehicle. It was quite dirty and untidy, with crumbs throughout the interior. The charging port was also giving me some issues, and there was a strong lingering odor that suggested a previous renter had been smoking in the car. Overall, the experience was positive because of Karan’s kindness and communication, but the vehicle could definitely benefit from a more thorough cleaning and inspection between rentals.
