The car broke down on us after driving it for just 20 mins. The car won't start or anything good thing it broke down at a parking lot.
The car was dirty, gas tank not full, and looked like it hasn't been kept well.
Host said the car was rented and was returned the night before my booking. He didn't have time to check the car rental before my booking. Therefore, leaving us with no car for our trip.

The vehicle was looked at dealer and as explained prior nothing was wrong with it as we just did an annual inspection prior to your rental. The wiper that was damaged during your rental was also replaced I appreciate you paying to the repairs.

Did not get a response from the owner about the key location until a few hours into the reservation, was able to find it on my own. Car itself needs some cleaning, ac wasn’t working, rattling sounds when driving.
