Worst rental ever ! I have no idea how these people got a 5 star review maybe when the car was newer ?? Of course I didn't take pics of the car when it was started and the fog light was burnt out so I notify them on the way home because my husband saw it on our way home in his rear view mirror when I was following him. I needed the car for road examiners license exam because I had to have a manual transmission and that's impossible to find. The check engine light came on my way to my test so I had to call my husband to come help me and he hooked up a code reader and it shows they've cleared the same code multiple times. I then go into to do my written part of my test come up and car won't start. I have to call my husband for a boost because I can't miss out on my road test I'd have to wait another 2 years to do it again !!! I didn't take pics of the check engine light of course because I'm in a panic to get this car running to not miss out on my test ! Thinking they will do the right thing and refund me for all the trouble if I contact them directly and not give a bad review because I feel bad doing that ! Well guess what they don't because they're dishonest people. Lesson learnt always take pics and document everything on the app. My texts messages to the host and my husband weren't proof enough for turo. Oh and ya tires are bald and are not winter tires ! Car spinned out constantly! I managed to pass my test on and wing and a prayer ! Second town renting on turo and likely my last ! Do not rent this car !
