Car had no winter tires. Windshield washer appears to be broken. Thought it was empty but even after filling it didn't work. At least the car had seat warmers which were nice.
I would like to clarify that the vehicle was accurately listed, including the absence of winter tires, which was clearly stated before booking. Guests are expected to review these details beforehand. Additionally, the car was advertised as pet-free, and yet pet hair was found inside, indicating a lack of honesty. It’s disappointing when guests do not adhere to the rules, and it’s expected that such reviews may come from those who are not fully transparent. Overall, the return was marred by poor.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. The host came across as very unprofessional. I even called early that morning to confirm my 3:30 pm pickup time, and he told me the car was “ready.” When I arrived, the vehicle was completely covered in snow, and I had to clear it off myself. The interior was also noticeably dirty.
Even more concerning, the car appears poorly maintained which made me feel unsafe driving it. Because of these issues, I cancelled the trip the same day and booked another vehicle instead. I initially booked this car for 2 months but couldn’t move forward with it! Based on my experience, I would say think twice before booking it.
The vehicle was fully prepared and ready at the agreed time. Guests are responsible for clearing any snow before pickup — I provide the car, not cleaning services.
Regarding safety, I clearly stated before the trip that the car does not have winter tires, which you acknowledged at booking. Your cancellation was due to this, not because the vehicle was unsafe or unmaintained.
