I was not pleased with this vehicle i found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle and contacted the host and they did not even care

This review is misleading. We have documented evidence showing this guest was seeking a discount/compensation during the trip. When he raised his concern, we did not ignore it—we advised him to take photos and report it through Turo for proper investigation. Claiming we “did not care” does not reflect our communication. We have retained the full message history and asked Turo to review the matter. We welcome genuine feedback, but future guests deserve the full context.
Rear passenger door did not lock with the key only manually from the inside, it would of been good to be informed about this before I had left valuables in the car over an extended period of time.

This was my first time booking through Turo and I wanted to reserve a car on the same day I joined. There were some difficulties but my host helped me to get though them and I appreciate that. A few hours later the car was ready and waiting for me. It was a nice clean car that ran well in the highway and didn’t use much gas. It all made for a great trip. Thanks again!
