Waited for about 40 min on pickup and return, brakes were shaky and vibrating. Sunroof broken.

besides the fact that the car was parked somewhere with a lot of snow around, i had to clean that before taking it. it delayed my trip but the car ride was smooth and the owner was very nice

⭐️☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Unacceptable – Heater Not Working & No Response from Owner
This was by far the worst rental experience of my life. The heater did not work at all, and it was freezing cold outside the entire time. Because of this, I could not drive the car, as it was completely unsafe and unbearable in winter conditions.
To make things worse, when I called the owner for help, there was no answer. Being left without support in freezing weather is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
A working heater is a basic safety requirement, especially in winter. This situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this vehicle or host, particularly during cold weather.
Dear Pari, we apologize for the stress you’ve experienced. To clarify, the heater was tested and working perfectly when we received the vehicle. We noticed the AC button was engaged and called you immediately to ensure the settings were correct, but the call was directed to voicemail.
As a reminder, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the car in good condition.
