Lexus rental in Burnaby, BC

Before I start you have to understand this car is 7 years old and a rental. So it has a natural 'patina' that comes with use. If you're ok with a few scratches on the outside and missing CarPlay - this was one of my favorite rentals to date. I was worried about the wait time for the parking lot shuttle but we waited all of 10 minutes each way (both during business hours). We had 4-5 adults and a trunk full of luggage and the car hauled us through the crazy LA traffic with comfort and plenty of power. We went from La to Anaheim to La to Anaheim back to LA with several small trips and still ended with 1/3 a tank. With gas prices in the $5.50 range our entire week was under $70 in gas - unheard of gas mileage for a car of this size. Interior was comfy and the charging cords a great added bonus. The only complaint was the phone holder requires a pop socket which I don't have so my phone slide all over but we figured it out. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Elena again - I hope the Lexus is available next time we're in town!!! Thank you Elena for the wonderful ride!!

The car was great and it ran very smoothly and it was very comfortable and has more enough space for me and my family. I’ll rent a car from him again in the future

Car was excellent - Adam is a great host, very accommodating, he was happy to change the pick up time as we arrived back a bit early. Everything went extremely smoothly. Will rent again.

The car is in perfect condition, also the fuel consumption is excellent. Definitely one of the best options if you need to rent a car for your trip

Very 5 star car rental. Beautiful and lots of leg room. Host has been very quick to respond and left a detailed pick up instructions at the airport. I would rent this car and from this host again.

Car ran smooth I’m thinking of buying a Lexus and driving Khans car just makes me want a Lexus even more would definitely rent again.

Great experience renting through Turo! Pick up was super easy, the car was clean and drove very smooth. Wonderful experience with Carlos and his Lexus SUV. We requested a car seat for our toddler and what Carlos provided was perfect. He communicated quickly, provided good instructions on pick up / drop off, and overall made the rental experience pleasant. Car was clean, no mechanical issues, and plenty of space for 2 adults 2 kids and luggage. I would rent with Carlos again

Good and reliable car for good price! Our family had a great and safe trip to Richmond VA. Stephen is communicative, responses promptly to all my messages. He provided mat for car seats when he learned that my kids are riding. I would absolutely rent from him again in the future.
