Drop off was smooth.
Van had a few issues. None of the outlets worked. Usb port, cigarette socket or even the actual plug socket. A/c controls are very tricky. Front controls do not turn all the way off. Wheel controls not functional.
Seats kept unlocking, like it doesn’t stay in place. Interior 7/10 ware and tear. Host is really helpful.

Thank you for the review! Glad the drop-off was smooth. We’ve checked the outlets, and they’re all working properly. The climate controls are original (turn the right switch fully left to turn them off). The steering wheel controls don’t operate the radio due to our aftermarket CarPlay unit. The seats click into place but don’t slide. We’re sorry the van didn’t fully meet your expectations. We believe it’s above average for a 10-year-old vehicle, and we also offer newer units upon request.
This was a great trip! Communication was amazing and the van was a lot of fun.
