The return was scheduled for 10:00 AM. Gilbert messaged at 9:04 AM that he was already there, and I arrived at 9:50 AM, before the scheduled return time. When I inspected the vehicle, I found a scratch on the driver’s door. My pickup photos show that the scratch was not there at the start of the trip. The video Gilbert shared was recorded on the return date and does not show the vehicle’s condition at pickup.
Car was amazing and clean, host was very good as well.

The car was amazing! Beautiful luxury car and rides smoothly. Everyone fit comfortably. The host was amazing! He accommodated my last minute changes and drop off and pickup were prompt. Definitely highly recommend renting from him!
