This was such a easy process. The host was super responsive and gave us all the information we needed to make everything a smooth and easy transition. I would 100 percent use them again in the future

Thanks for the feedback! This was due to a tailgate height setting that a previous renter likely adjusted. We’ve reset it and it’s working normally again.
