Small issue and maybe explained by the fact that previous customer returned car with busted light and late so owner was worried but windshield was dirty from the inside. I had to stop at gas station and scrub. Wish they had done that when they filled the car for me. Otherwise very responsive and great car!

Car was not clean from inside. Also tail light was broken in the car when I picked up the car. It was informed to me host one hour before I picked the car.

We offered to help you find another vehicle, but you asked to keep the booking if we provided a 50% discount, which we respectfully declined. We recommended another car to avoid disappointment. You also assured us our honesty and transparency would not result in a negative review, yet you left one anyway.
