Customers should be able to expect that rental cars should have current registration tags on the plates, that the registration, insurance, and owner's manual should be in the glove compartment, and that the car should have a working battery, so it will consistently start throughout the entire rental period.

Thank you for your feedback. Prior to this trip, the vehicle had no battery or starting issues and was operating normally. Situations such as extended accessory use while the vehicle is off can impact battery performance during a rental. The vehicle was checked after the trip and is in proper working condition. Documentation and maintenance are kept in accordance with Turo requirements, and guest feedback is always appreciated.
