This was my second time I rented the van. The car is well maintained. I had no issues. Very easy to check in and out.

I would also like to point out that this was my very first trip with Turo. When I returned the vehicle, the owner inspected it, and everything appeared to be fine. There were no concerns raised about the fuel level at that time.
Only after I had left did the owner submit an additional charge claiming that I had not refueled the vehicle. This is simply not true, as I filled the gas tank before returning the car. I find it disappointing that this issue was raised only after the vehicle had already been accepted without any concerns.

THIS GUEST MAY BE NEW TO CANADA AND NEW TO TURO HE USES 407 TOLL AND WHEN HE RETURNED HE DIDNT MENTION ANYTHING AFTER I ASKED HE SAID USED THE MAPS AND NO IDEA ABT TOLLS......
WHEN HE RETURNED I CHECKED OUTSIDE THE VAN AND LOOKS OK THEN I CLEANED THE CARGO AREA (AIR BLOWER) THEN I CHECKED THE GAS LOWER THAN FULL ( THIS VAN GAS TANK IS 100 LITRES) RIGHTAWAY I MESSAGED HIM AND SEND ALL PICTURES FOR FUELING (BEFORE, AFTER AND WITH PUMP READING ALSO (WITHIN 20MINS)
ANY WAY HE CANT BOOK ANY OF MINE
