Checkin and checkout was messy. Lack of proper communication. Didn’t have the key code. Had to call the customer service to find the vehicle and get the code.

The code was clearly provided in the check-in instructions and is automatically sent once you check in. The “low tire signal” notification is only an app/computer error message and can safely be ignored.
However, we have continued to simplify the check-in process for a smoother experience. Thank you again for choosing my van for your trip.
