This rental was a huge disappointment and honestly felt like a scam. I rented this van based on the listing photos, but the vehicle I received was nothing like what was advertised. The photos conveniently avoid showing the driver’s side, which has major dents, scrapes, and body damage. The van was also much smaller than it appeared in the listing.
It was delivered extremely dirty, with damage all over the vehicle, and there was a loud noise coming from the right rear axle/suspension while driving, making me question whether it was even safe to use.
I completed my rental, but I was not satisfied with this vehicle at all. I took photos as soon as I picked it up because the condition was so poor. Had the listing accurately represented the van, I would never have rented it.
I would not recommend this rental to anyone. The listing is misleading, the vehicle is in terrible condition, and my overall experience was extremely disappointing.
