An absolute disappointment. Stay away if you need this for anything other than light moving, in which case get something cheaper. The van was not as advertised. It was camperized and not appropriate for moving things. I realized this and tried to return it and get a refund, saying I'd pay one day even though I only had the vehicle for 3 hours. The owner agreed but then rejected the request later. Turo did not help and did not refund. As my first experience with Turo I can say I'll never use the service again as the support person was rude and condescending, and the truck was 100% falsely advertised. The owner is also dishonest. STAY AWAY.
