The van is older and definitely shows, lots of scratches and dents, seats are worn. The van ran ok, lots of power. Pick up was an issue, van was in shop on day of pick up and was delayed. Upon arrival there were no seats in the van so had wait an hour for host to show up with the seats. Was offered an extra day for free for this mix up. During the trip the check engine light came on and the ac quit working. The host was very responsive however he knew about the ac issue and told me he had charged it not that long ago. So an afternoon was spent in the shop attempting to get ac fixed. Had to pay out of pocket for this repair and was told by host he would refund the money.

Connor was friendly, responsive, and genuinely tried to be as helpful as possible throughout the trip. Shortly after picking up the car, we noticed one of the windshield wiper blades was broken. Connor promptly came to my house and replaced it, which I appreciated.

During the trip, the check engine light came on. When I returned the vehicle, Connor checked the diagnostic code and said it was a minor issue. However, I was traveling with my extended family, including young children, and I did not feel comfortable driving a vehicle with the check engine light illuminated.

I also found that the brakes felt soft and might require servicing. Connor checked them upon return and agreed that the brakes likely needed service. In addition, the air conditioning was not performing optimally.

While Connor provided good customer service and was helpful in addressing concerns, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the vehicle. Considering I paid a premium price for a 2016 vehicle, I expected it to be better maintained and to provide a greater sense of safety and reliability during the trip.

This was my first experience using Turo, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations due to the vehicle’s condition. I hope future guests have a better experience with a vehicle.

Connor was great! The van was just what we needed to our trip. Connor was extremely accommodating on our trip time as we need to extended our return time.

Some minor issues with Air conditioning and engine lights but it was a solid vehicle and got my friends and I to Atlanta and back safely. Thanks again for being a terrific host Conor!
