The host was very communicative and flexible on pick up and drop off arrangements. The car was clean with no modern technology, but a Bluetooth enabled device helped our phone connect to the speakers that was included. We had a party of six and there was plenty of room.

Amazing week with Mark’s van. Great communication and very flexible with our schedule. Van was is great shape and was perfect for our family of 8. Mark was very accommodating with car seat for our grandson. No issues with van and it ran perfect in Banff and Yoho National park!! Hight recommend Mark. We will be booking again when we are back.

We had such a great experience renting this van.It was incredibly convenient for my family and relatives, especially for our trip to Jasper. The van has a strong engine and felt very reliable even when driving through snow and rain, which gave us peace of mind the whole trip.
Mark was excellent to deal with—very responsive and easy to communicate with. He also made everything seamless by delivering and picking up the van, which we really appreciated.

Airport pick-up was easy with clear instructions. The van was perfect for our trip with plenty of cargo space for our ski gear. Thank you Mark, will be contacting you again if we come back and need the same type of vehicle.
