Chase was excellent from start to finish! I highly recommend him!!
Michael was an honest, genuine and down to earth guest. In all transparency, the Jeep was returned with Damage due to a break in. However, great guests like Michael continue to showcase why I continue to host. His quick action, quick communication and genuine intention to help has made this trip an even more successful one. Despite the incident, Michael made this trip absolutely smooth. 1700 trips with 5 stars. Honest hosts and honest guests will always overcome Turo's countless platform flaws.
