Entregaron la camioneta tarde, fuera de horario y de lo acordado aún habiendo yo pagado extra por ese servicio, acordamos que yo entregaría la camioneta tarde en compensación a la demora de la entrega y no se respeto el acuerdo, a través de TURO me quería cobrar más se tuvo que hacer aclaración mediante la app, cero recomendable.
This review is simply not true and its affecting our reputation. There was a prior agreement with the host to allow a later return, and no extra amount was charged. On top of that, the vehicle was returned by someone other than the main guest, which is against platform rules. Unfortunately, the guest was also rude throughout the process, which made the situation even more difficult
