Truck is no frills but worked well for our trip. Tonnau cover was a great help.
Communication was good.
Pickup was close to airport...short Uber.
Minor complaints. Vehicle should come with a full tank of gas, not half. Should also have an ice scraper. Luckily a spare credit card got the job done.
